Our Ecolodge have 10 independent wooden cottages. All our cottages have full bathroom, hot water, closet, ceiling fan, small terrace and optional air conditioning.
As a safety guideline the lodge have only one point of ingression for people and vehicles. The parking lot is located at the front of the main building and has capacity for all the vehicles of all cottages distributed under the shadow of "Almendro" trees, and have roof covered load/unload zone.

The main building have a lobby and reception to welcome the guests, separated toilets including one with accessibility; also the administrative area and an infirmary. The restaurant offers services for breakfast and dinner, with the typical and traditional cuisine of Costa Rica, giving emphasis to Guanacaste recipes of course. At midday it can be tasted light and fresh dishes like salads or sandwiches among others; besides, cold and hot beverages. The great variety of fruit trees original of the zone, is for the guest consumption, according to the season, as fresh raw fruit, natural beverages, fruit salads, ice cream, or desserts.

The main building and the cottages as well have low consumption lighting, and all the exterior lights feeds on a modern automatic system for electric energy self-sufficiency by recollection and conversion of the solar energy (very plentiful in Guanacaste). The bathrooms are equipped with biodegradable shampoo and soap. Because of being located into the zone of the Tropical Dry Forest of Guanacaste, the water is a very valuable resource which is managed in an optimal way to minimize its wasting.

La Norma EcoLodge have the following facilities as part of its infrastructure:
1. cottages. 10 in total; 6 standard, 3 for family and 1 with special accessibility.
2. Reception with lobby, administrative area and toilets.
3. Restaurant supplied by the farm and cultivation area, both managed in an organic way.
4. Parking Lot with enough space for the vehicles of the guests of all cottages.
5. Farm with cowshed, dairy, stable, hen-house and a piggery. All is managed in a sustainable and organic way.
6. Cultivation Area for fruit trees. Managed in a sustainable and organic way.
7. Pool with shape of guitar and areas for adults and kids as well.
8. Hydro-massage Capability in the pool.
9. External shower.
10. Pond with ducks.
11. Automatic irrigation in the gardens and fruit trees areas.
